Our Fees

Destiny Dreams Estate Sales will discuss fee options at the time of your inspection being complete. A full proposal will be given with a complete summary of all work and fees. Fees are dependent on the amount of cleaning, trash removal, value of the items, quantity of the items, estimated prep time, etc. These fees will range from 35% to 65%.

*An initial deposit will be due upon agreement, prior to any cleanup work being completed.

Security

Destiny Dreams Estate Sale will be utilizing temporary security cameras to ensure all items and the premise are secure. This is to protect not only us but you as well.
